Analysis and Reporting Officer

Reporting to the Business Intelligence and Support Manager within the Information, Analysis and Reporting team, this role will be responsible for coordinating a range of high level procurement reporting and analysis from a range of data sources, and provide reports to support improved decision making and business improvements. This role will also be accountable for ensuring that procurement policies, processes, templates and guideline information is managed and communicated to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):                  

  • Coordinating and assisting with the development of robust, detailed reports for the team
  • Providing research and advice on a range of standard procurement analysis
  • Utilising tools and systems to analyse and interpret a wide variety of information
  • Provision of accurate regular advice regarding procurement

The Analysis and Reporting Officer will demonstrate good working knowledge and experience in procurement analysis reporting in a large and complex service environment.
